Overview

The BuiltByRays™ CFO OS is a complete financial management platform that includes:

• AI-powered chatbot for financial queries
• Document vault management system
• Automated financial reporting
• Real-time data synchronization

Installation Instructions

Prerequisites

• Windows 10 or later
• Internet connection for initial setup
• Administrator privileges (for installation)

Step 1: Download and Install

1. Download the installer: BuiltByRays™ CFO OS Setup.exe
2. Right-click the installer and select “Run as administrator”
3. Follow the installation wizard
4. Choose your preferred installation directory
5. Complete the installation

Step 2: First Launch

1. The application will automatically start after installation
2. You may see Windows security prompts - click “Allow” or “Yes”
3. The application will set up auto-startup for future launches

Step 3: Configuration

1. Open the application
2. Navigate to Settings → API Configuration
3. Add your OpenAI API key (if required)
4. Configure any additional settings as needed

Uninstallation

Standard Uninstall

1. Go to Control Panel → Programs and Features
2. Find “BuiltByRays™ CFO OS”
3. Click “Uninstall”
4. Follow the uninstall wizard

Manual Cleanup (if needed)

1. Delete the installation directory
2. Remove registry entries manually
3. Clear startup entries

Recovery Process

1. Install the application
2. Copy backup data to appropriate directories
